Softlock fix and clarity update.


First Update and first ever Devlog! This one was an urgent one as the previous version was literally unfinishable. With these fixes the game can actually be completed.


Changelog:

  • Moved an enemy spawn away from the elevator that moves the player between the 2nd floor and the corridor that would spawn an enemy and cause it to get stuck and instakill the player if they tried to use it.
  • Fixed a crash that would occur at the final encounter (if by any chance the player managed to get to that point and avoid the elevator softlock).
  • Added a VFX to indicate a monster is stunned, it is still a it buggy and will sometimes be overridden by other animation players.
  • Slightly adjusted some monster spawn locations so the monsters wouldn't get stuck upon spawning.
  • Made the final encounter harder - if you think you are safe, stay on your toes!
  • Made the hidden mechanic of "running" clearer at the controls screen.

Finally, if you manage to beat the game, I encourage you to try and speedrun it;  You'll regret it and won't be rewarded it for it, I promise.
